By making a reservation through this website, the user is bound by these conditions.
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These contracting conditions apply to all Online Reservations that have been made through the site https://calteixidor.com (hereinafter “website”).
By making the reservation, you guarantee us that you are over 18 years old and that you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative reservations as well as those that have been requested by any client with whom there may be some difference/controversy in previous reservations, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the client is violating some criminal activity.
We may update these terms or general contracting conditions as well as the legal notice and privacy policy at any time. You may consult and print the updated version of both texts by clicking the links “Terms or general contracting conditions” and “Legal Notice-Privacy Policy”.
User Obligations
As a user, you are obliged to communicate to HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. all the necessary data for access and use of the services of this website. These must be truthful and current and you consent that we may use them to contact you if necessary.
It is essential that you provide all the information that we catalog as mandatory, since, if you do not do so, we will not process your request. We will not be responsible in any case for possible failures as a consequence of error or omission of data.
The user must make adequate use of the services included in the website, always in accordance with the legal system and will not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with its operation.
Security Measures
We will establish all reasonable mechanisms within our reach to guarantee that your personal data is kept securely at all times.
Likewise, you must adopt the necessary security measures, both personal and material, to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and notify us immediately of the loss, misplacement, theft, robbery or illegitimate access of your username and password, as well as their knowledge by third parties.

Booking Procedure (verify that the booking procedure is correct)
You can select check-in/check-out date and number of guests. Once the options are filtered, by clicking on it you will access all the detailed information that the website offers you. From there you can proceed to make the reservation.
You will be asked to enter all your data (name and surnames, email, address, etc.).
To complete the reservation we request your card details, which are only collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. Payment will be made at the hotel and only in case of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be cancelled and you will be charged the fee set in the rate conditions. Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa.
Before finalizing the reservation you can see the reservation summary.
Availability
All reservations are subject to availability. In case of any doubt, it is recommended to contact customer service.
Contract with HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. and order acceptance.
Upon completion of the reservation, the user will receive a confirmation email which will include confirmation of your reservation order. The reservation confirmation email serves as proof of your reservation.
Currency, Tax and Price (verify that it matches the reality of the website)
The prices indicated are Public Sale Prices VAT included. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at each moment. All prices are shown in euros (€).
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, except when the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

Stay Rules:
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
The price includes VAT but not the Tourism Tax.
In 4-person apartments, a maximum of 5 people can be accommodated with an extra bed.
In the 8-person apartment, a maximum of 9 people can be accommodated with an extra bed.
For special reservations, contact the establishment directly.
Prices may vary when public holidays or special days occur. Please consult us.
Supplementary Rules:
A child over 3 years old or an adult pays €25 per person and night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds/cribs per apartment is 1.
It is necessary to request extra beds and/or cribs in advance and they must be confirmed by the accommodation.
Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid at the establishment.
Animals do not involve any supplement.
Requests: The Hotel takes note of your requests for room type, views, adjoining rooms, bed types, etc. but they are never guaranteed because it depends on availability.
Parking: free parking.
Swimming pool: Pool access from June 15 to September 11.
Drinks: NOT included. There is no Picnic service.
Children and Extra Beds
Children of any age can be accommodated.
CRIB: If the baby needs a crib, you can hire it at the time of booking (€50). If you do not hire the crib, we understand that you do not need it.
Free for babies 0-1 years old upon request.
The maximum number of cribs and extra beds depends on the room you choose. Check the maximum capacity of the room you have selected. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Payment for the Stay (verify that it matches the reality of the website)
Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival (Check-in). Checks are not accepted. HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before your arrival.
Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa.
HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. may cancel your reservation if your card is denied in the pre-authorization, if the customer does not respond to the email requesting a new credit card within the following 24 hours.
Tourism tax: From October 1, 2021, the Tax on stays in tourist establishments will be 1.32 Euros per person and day / VAT Included.
Cancellation and Modification of the Reservation (verify that it matches the reality of the website)
You can cancel your reservation at no cost 14 days before entry, if you cancel later, the deposit that has been left previously will be retained. Cancellation fees will be charged to the customer.
Passports and Visas
All travelers, without exception (children included), must have their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or National ID, according to current legislation. It will be at their own expense when trips so require the obtaining of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permit signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.
In case the granting of visas is rejected by any Authority, for particular causes of the user, or their entry into the country is denied for lacking the requirements demanded, or for defect in the required documentation, or for not being a bearer of the same, HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. declines all responsibility for facts of this nature, being at the consumer’s expense any expenses that may arise.
Minors under 18 years of age must be accommodated accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorized by them. HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. staff may require the pertinent documentation that identifies the adults as their parents/guardians or authorized persons.
PARTIAL NULLITY
If any part of these service conditions were contrary to Law and, therefore, invalid, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with Law. The parties undertake to renegotiate those points of the service conditions that are null and to incorporate them into the rest of the service conditions.
MODIFICATION OF GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify the general sales conditions without prior notice, being able to change, suppress or add both the contents and services they present through it as well as the way in which they appear presented or located on their servers.
These changes must be accepted by the user each time they make a purchase of a product or service through the web.
In the event that some of the terms of the general sales conditions are declared integral or not opposable by a judicial decision, the other provisions will maintain their validity.
For all questions that the User may have in relation to the Conditions, they may contact the holder using the contact data provided above or, where appropriate, using the contact form.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This site is located and operated from Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish laws and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without the principles on conflicts of laws being applicable.
In those cases where the customer does not have the status of consumer or user, or has a domicile outside of Spain, they will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
If the user decides to use or consult this site outside of Spain, they must bear in mind that they do so on their own initiative, and that they are responsible for compliance with the pertinent laws.
This contract will enter into force and have full effects from the moment the customer or user accepts it.
This contract, and, therefore, the general conditions it incorporates, together with the annexes (if they exist), in addition to being read on this website, can be stored, archived and reproduced by the usual electronic or computer means.
6. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
The User can send to HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. their complaints, claims or any other comment they wish to make through the contact data provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information). In addition, HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. has official complaint forms available to consumers and users, which they can request from HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. at any time, using the contact data provided at the beginning of these Conditions (General Information). Likewise, if a controversy emanates from the celebration of this purchase contract between HOTELET ESTAMARIU, S.L.U. and the User, the User as a consumer may request an extrajudicial solution of controversies, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters.
