At Llobarca Restaurant, in the heart of Estamariu, we offer a daily menu of traditional mountain cuisine, prepared with fresh produce and recipes that honour the essence of the Pyrenees.
Dishes such as trinxat de muntanya with crispy rosta and black butifarra, cannelloni with truffle béchamel, or grandmothers’ meatballs connect us with the cooking of always — the cooking of home.

Sunday Menu · Mountain cuisine to enjoy without rush
Sunday is for lingering at the table.
Our special menu brings together more elaborate dishes such as oven-gratinated onion soup, mountain rice with mushrooms and forest aromas, or slow-cooked veal in its own juices.
